As a Social Media Specialist for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Robinson’s role is instrumental in helping the Port Authority leverage social media to bring to life its focus on a 21st century, customer-centric experience by developing, executing, and optimizing social media initiatives. She develops proactive messaging, creative social media content and special promotions related to PATH services. She also monitors, engages and responds to customer service-related inquiries on PATH’s social media feeds.
